There is no higher priority to Mobile Detailers Inc than the health and safety of you, your families and our team. As we navigate through the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, our hearts go out to all who have been affected. It is our commitment to you to stay proactive as we

follow the guidance of local, state officials and the Centers for Disease Control and prevention (CDC).

In an effort to ensure the safety of your health and well being, we have implemented special protocols as we closely monitor the progression of COVID-19.

Protocols we have ALWAYS had in place

 

• Our detailers will carefully continue to follow our standard protocol of using soap and water to thoroughly wash his/her hands prior to and after detailing a vehicle and changing gloves at every visit.

 

Protocols we have NOW implemented

 

• Our staff/detailers will stay home if they (or their family members) have any symptoms of respiratory illness.

• Our staff/detailers will avoid shaking hands or retrieving keys without gloves. Their smiling faces will serve as our greeting.

• Our staff/detailers will clean credit cards prior to processing(swiping) them

 

We want to assist you 

 

• When possible, use our online/invoicing options for payment. You can also prepay an appointment by phone or invoice to avoid processing (swiping) on site.  

• Stay up to date on the status in your area and visit the CDC's website  and WHO website for the latest updates. 

 

 

If there are any additional changes due to COVID-19 that will affect you, we will notify you and post the information on our website and social media platforms.
