 To be as transparent as possible, Our policies include the following: our company policies regarding our eGift cards, Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and deposits.

Cancelation, rescheduling, and refund policies

To provide high-quality services along with exemplary customer care, we implement policies to protect all parties. 1. Rescheduling/Cancellations

Mobile Detailers Inc. is committed to providing exceptional service. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from having their services completed. We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment, however, we do require a 24-hour notice. You can reschedule an appointment on our website, by email, or by contacting us at (954)997-0301. 

Note: If the cancellation is due to inclement weather, determined by Mobile Detailers Inc. no fees will be assessed. 

Mobile Detailers Inc. reserves the right to require a deposit or decline service to any client  due to frequent cancellations and or No-shows

1a. Cancellations without 24-hour notice

Life happens, and emergencies arise, please let us know if you will not be able to make your appointment. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a fee for the missed appointment. We are available by phone, email, text, and online. 

*Ceramic Coating appointments are charged the non-refundable deposit.

*All other appointments are charged a cancellation fee of $75

2. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service (unless otherwise discussed before services are rendered). There is a 3-day grace period before assessing a late fee. There is a $5 fee assessed for unpaid invoices more than 1 day after the due date. A 1.5% late fee will be assessed every month until the balance is paid in full. If an account is sent to collections and subsequently, a collection agency, all fees incurred, including but not limited to attorney's fees, administrative fees, and late fees, will be the responsibility of the account holder (The client)

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know within 24 hours, We will make every attempt to resolve the issue. If we attempt to resolve the issue and cannot do so based on your compliance within 30 days, Mobile Detailers Inc. cannot be held liable for the lack of a resolution. 

4. Product Policy

As per our company policy, we DO NOT use products provided by our clients. All products used on your vehicle(s) MUST be supplied by Mobile Detailers Inc. If there is a product preference that we don't currently stock, we will evaluate and test the efficacy of the product before ordering it from a reputable supplier. Products MUST be ordered by Mobile Detailers Inc. (not the client) and applied by our detailers. If you have any questions, please contact us as we are happy to assist you.  

5. Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your services, but if you are unhappy, please let us know within 24 hours of the work being completed. We will make every effort to make it right, but if we are unsuccessful in doing so, we will gladly submit a refund within 14 days of the request. Refunds will be via check.

By accepting a refund, you agree that a resolution has been finalized and Mobile Detailers Inc. cannot be held responsible. If services are via a gift card, the refund will be submitted to the original purchaser.  

Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Mobile Detailers Inc. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Window Tinting, Ceramic Coatings, and Paint protection/Correction services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

To use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method.

 

Return and refund policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Precut Window tinting kits.

 

 

 

 

Warranties and responsibility for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

 

 

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights, and logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Mobile Detailers Inc Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text, and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed on the website.

 

Right to suspend or cancel the user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mobile Detailers Inc harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

 

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mobile Detailers Inc, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobile Detailers Inc assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Promotional emails and content

You agree to receive from time-to-time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time. 

Preference of law and dispute resolution

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Florida, USA without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, FL. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded. REV 11/2022.

Terms and conditions for gift Cards 

Gift Cards

  • Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Cards
    ⦁ Gift cards are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
    ⦁ Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
    ⦁ Except as provided herein, gift cards have no cash value.
    ⦁ Gift cards are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Mobile Detailers Inc.
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift card purchase for any reason and return the funds to the original purchaser (unless the card was a gift from Mobile Detailers Inc)
    Redeeming Gift Cards
    ⦁ Gift cards are only redeemable at Mobile Detailers Inc for the amount or service specified on the gift card, by the expiration date indicated. Mobile Detailers Inc reserves the right to convert service-based gift cards to their monetary value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, at its option and sole discretion.
    ⦁ Except as required by law, gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
    ⦁ Any unused balance of the gift card will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date indicated on the gift card, whichever occurs first.
    ⦁ If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift card, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of purchase/service.
    ⦁ For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show a valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift card.
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc, its agents, and vendors may provide gift card purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift cards.
    Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift cards, without notice, should they receive a credit card chargeback, returned check, or other forms of repudiated payment made towards the gift card.
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Reasonable and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer and upon full redemption or at the expiration date, the gift card will be identified as not valid for payment of any kind.
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc reserves the right to dishonor the gift card, if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
    ⦁ Gift cards are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift card.
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc will replace a valid lost gift card, provided the original gift card hasn't been redeemed and the replacement is issued to either the original purchaser or a verifiable recipient.
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc reserves the right to contact gift card purchasers, or known recipients, to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.
    Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc is not responsible for emailed gift cards that do not reach their intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. The receipt of the email cannot be verified. Mobile Detailers Inc can only verify receipt of the gift card if the recipient of the gift card uses the URL enclosed in the email message to access the gift card using an internet browser.
    ⦁ Mobile Detailers Inc will process future email delivery requests and send out a previously scheduled email as soon as possible, Mobile Detailers Inc is not responsible for late delivery of gift cards.

  • MOBILE DETAILERS INC, ITS AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD NUMBER IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND MOBILE DETAILERS INC'S SOLE LIABILITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.

  • Mobile Detailers Inc's Gift Cards CANNOT be sold on discount card websites for less than the value of the original gift card amount.
    ⦁ Terms and Conditions and gift cards, are subject to and governed by the laws of Florida, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.
    ⦁ If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law, or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid, prohibited, or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.
    ⦁ Risk of loss will pass to the purchaser of the gift card upon the electronic transmission of such gift​
